Th one thing I love and is probably my hobby is sleep. And we all know we need enough sleep to be a strong witch! So here's a Protection Sleep spell. It’s almost Samhain aka the veil is thinning. That means the wall between us and spirit is become more accessible. Therefore it might effect some of us while we sleep, especially if you’re an empath.
Here’s some tips for protective sleep. Keep a set of amethyst and obsidian next to you while you sleep. It can even be under your pillow. If you have a dream catcher cleanse it with sage! Either way burn some sage!! Or sprinkle salt water all over your room. Finally sprinkle salt on the edges of your door and window. Try to do some breathing exercises before bed so your mind and body are calm too. Namaste mi gente!
