Service Description

We all know that life is full of ups and downs which manifest stress, anxiety and overthinking. Reiki helps calm you down, balance your aura and, remove blockages that are holding you back. Reiki helps you be able to focus on what matters most so you can live your best life! It is a 30 minute session that starts with you relaxing, breathing. Then I ground us with a meditation using my sound bowl, sage your chakras and use my energy to cleanse your aura. You will feel relaxed, peaceful and light. *IMPORTANT: In person sessions are done at my place which is 10 min from Aventura mall. You'll receive an email confirmation which has my business number for you to text requesting the address.
